Patricia Martin - The PULSE National Manager

Patricia Martin was the fourth employee to the company, chosen to lead the 1-800-PLUMBER PULSE team.

She brings almost two decades of call center and dispatch experience to the team. Prior to 1-800-PLUMBER, Ms. Martin was the Customer Service Manager for Susser Petroleum Company where she established and managed the new call center for one of the nation’s largest bulk fuel marketers.

Before building the call center at Susser, Ms. Martin managed two in-bound customer service centers in Houston, TX and Norcross, GA for FleetCor Technologies, the nation’s largest fuel transaction processor servicing over 50,000 customers. Her expertise is in developing call centers and teams that provide a superior level of service, focusing on the customers' experience and excellence in all interactions, making her a vital component to the success of 1-800-PLUMBER.
